Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only for items that arrive damaged.
To qualify for a refund:
• You must contact me within 72 hours of receiving the item.
• Please include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Non‑Refundable Situations
Refunds are not offered for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
• Lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier
• Custom orders, unless they arrive damaged
